Order Processing:
  • Please allow us a 1-10 business day period to process your order.
  • Once your order is ready to ship you will be notified.
  • For any special requests please notify us during checkout. You can also reach us via the chats icons, via email (info.shopkboutique@gmail.com) or message us (787-388-0060).

Layaway Plan:

  • To place an order in which you want to apply the Layaway Plan please reach us via the chat icons on our website, via email (info.shopkboutique@gmail.com) or message us (787-388-0060) or contact us through direct message on Instagram to follow up on your order.
  • Please make sure to attach a picture of the desired items, size, color (if it applies) and quantity.
  • Layaways can be made with a minimum of a $10.00 deposit. 
  • You have a 30 days balance period to payoff your order. If your 30 days balance period expires and you do not communicate with us, they will not be any refunds and you will loose your items.
  • Layaway Plan doesn't apply to other existing offers.
Shipping:
  • We offer free standard shipping via USPS over $60.00 to Puerto Rico and United States. Tracking number will be provided for your order.
  • Expedite shipping is also available for a $10.00 flat rate.
  • You can expect your order to arrive within 1-15 business days after being shipped out.
  • Please be advised that K's Boutique is not responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged items by the carrier. Although we can assure you that we will do everything in our power to help you locate your package.
  • We are not responsible if customer provides an incorrect shipping address. If package is returned to us, customer will be responsible for the re-sending shipping costs.

Exchanges/Returns/Refunds:

  • Return/exchange must be completed in a five (5) day period once your order arrived at your mailbox. If the return period notification was missed, item(s) would not be accepted.
  • No money, credit/debit cards or other types of payments refunds.

  • Any return request must be approved by us. We reserve the right to deny any return/exchange without a reasonable reason. Any return/exchange without approval will be returned to the sender.
  • Items on sale are considered a Final Sale (no returns/exchange can be made).
  • Non-returnable items: swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, accessories, digital gift cards and sale items. Please be advised this list might be modified.
  • Store credit will be granted and can be used in the item of your preference. Customer has a thirty (30) day period to use their store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All returning shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. If a store credit is received or an exchange made, customer will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Any product obtained with a store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered a Final Sale (no exchanges or refunds can be made).
  • Any Holiday Season purchase is considered Final Sale (no exchanges or refunds can be made). Starting from November 15 to January 15.
